Feb. 27-March 8, 2010: TRAVEL - India: Witnessing a Strategic Partnership at Work

May 6-16: TRAVEL - Germany: Focus on Interreligious

This trip, sponsored by Germany Close-Up, will have a particular focus on interreligious affairs. Participants will have the singular opportunity to represent the American Jewish community at Kirchentag, a major gathering of some 100,000 young German Protestants and Catholics, and to spearhead other highly unique interreligious outreach efforts in the academic and church spheres. This trip is designed specifically for people with an interest and with experience in interreligious affairs. 

Cost:  $680 (including international airfare and most costs on the ground in Germany). More information and application available at ajc.org/access

August 1-10: TRAVEL - Student Trip to Berlin

This trip, hosted by Germany Close-Up, will take top students and AJC Goldman Fellows to Germany for a 10-day experience.  This trip is open to current students (undergraduate and graduate) and 2010 Goldman Fellows.

In addition to exploring black-Jewish relations through the unique lens of South Africa, ACCESS members will join the South Africa Board of Deputies’ Annual Meeting.

October: TRAVEL - Israeli Presidential Conference (Tentative)
